Part 1 (4-5 minutes)

and explain how you felt as a result.
Part 3 (4-5 minutes)
Directions: Discuss the broader themes. Give extended answers (4-6 sentences).

- How does modern life affect people’s sleep patterns?
- What can employers do to ensure their employees get enough rest?
- Why do some people suffer from sleep disorders?
