Part 1 (4-5 minutes)
Directions: Answer naturally and directly. Aim for 2-3 sentences per answer.

- Do you like to plan your day in advance?
- How do you remember important appointments?
- What is the best time of day for you to work or study?
Part 2 (3-4 minutes)
Directions: You have 1 minute to prepare and should speak for 1-2 minutes.
👉 Describe a time when you were very busy.
You should say:
- When it was
- What you were busy with
- How you managed your time
and explain how you felt during that busy period.
Part 3 (4-5 minutes)
Directions: Discuss the broader themes. Give extended answers (4-6 sentences).
- Why do some people struggle with managing their time effectively?
- How can learning time management skills benefit a person’s career?
- What are the main distractions that prevent people from using their time well?
- Do you think technology helps or hinders our ability to manage time?
- Should time management be taught as a subject in schools?
