Part 1 (4-5 minutes)
Directions: Answer naturally and directly. Aim for 2-3 sentences per answer.

    • Do you live in a house or an apartment?
    • What is there to do in the area where you live?
    • What would you like to change about your home?
  • Topic: Reading Habits
    • Do you like reading?
    • What kind of books do you like to read?
    • Do you prefer reading printed books or e-books?
  • Topic: Childhood Reading
    • Did you read a lot when you were a child?
    • What was your favorite book as a child?
    • Is it important for children to read for fun?

Part 2 (3-4 minutes)
Directions: You have 1 minute to prepare and should speak for 1-2 minutes.
👉 Describe a book you have read that you would recommend.
You should say:

  • What the book is
  • What it is about
  • Why you read it
    and explain why you would recommend it to others.

Part 3 (4-5 minutes)
Directions: Discuss the broader themes. Give extended answers (4-6 sentences).

  • How have reading habits changed with the development of technology?
  • Why are some books made into films?
  • What are the benefits of reading for pleasure?
  • Do you think people will stop reading books in the future?
  • How can parents encourage their children to read more?
