Part 1: Introduction and Interview Questions

  • Band 9 (Expert User):
    “Yes, I believe in taking good care of my health. I try to eat well, stay active, and get enough sleep. I regularly go jogging in the mornings, and I make sure I have a balanced diet. I think people in my country are becoming more health-conscious, especially with the rising awareness about fitness and diet.”
  • Band 7 (Good User):
    “Yes, I try to stay healthy by eating well and exercising. I go for walks most days and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Many people in my country care about health, but some are still not very active.”
  • Band 5 (Modest User):
