Part 1 (4-5 minutes)

    • What do you do to stay healthy?

  • Topic: Exercise
    • What kind of exercise do you do?
    • Do you prefer to exercise alone or with others?
    • How could you improve your fitness?

Part 2 (3-4 minutes)
Directions: You have 1 minute to prepare and should speak for 1-2 minutes.
👉 Describe a sport or physical activity you enjoy.
You should say:

  • What it is
  • How you learned it
  • How often you do it
    and explain why you enjoy it.

Part 3 (4-5 minutes)
Directions: Discuss the broader themes. Give extended answers (4-6 sentences).

  • Why do many people find it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
  • How can governments encourage citizens to be healthier?
  • What is the relationship between modern technology and public health?
  • Should companies be responsible for the health and well-being of their employees?
  • Do you think people are more health-conscious today than in the past?
